Hey gang,
The fine folks from the Pen Heaven blog asked us to share some wisdom about what it takes to "make it" as a writer. Why they thought of us is somewhat of a mystery, but go check out the article to glean some sound advice from some of the other featured authors, and otherwise to witness this scholarly image of Richard wearing what I can only assume are somebody else's glasses.

I agree with everything Richard said, and would basically repeat the sentiment that the most important thing to do if you want to "make it" is to just make it. Whether it's a comic, a painting, or a knitted jumper, if what you're doing is coming from an internal impetus to create something you would want to read/look at/wear, then you're already on your way. You just need to sit down and do it. If you end up with a finished product you are happy with, then you've already accomplished your goal. If you're not happy with it, try again until you are. And hopefully other people will start to notice.
Peace,
Jordan
